Excellent customer service from Stevens & Co (Ryobi)

Excellent service from Stevens & Co Midrand (Ryobi). I phoned them to confirm that they had a certain spare part for my mitre saw in stock. I went to their spares department only to be told then that there was a mistake and that they did not have the part in stock. The shop assistant however was very helpful and asked me to wait while they are trying to solve the problem. Eventually they came up with a very acceptable solution and I can once again use my mitre saw. Thank you very much Stevens and Co for your excellent customer service!
