Excellent Company & Legendary Customer Service Experiance

I bought a Ryobi inverter generator to power my high frequency amateur radio station at home (this equipment is highly specialized and sensitive) as well in an outdoor field station setup situation and the specific generator did not work well for its intended application. Please note: the machine was of a high quality construction and ran very smoothly indeed! I sent an e-mail to Stevens & Co and got a very quick response and received the most professional and best legendary service that I have ever experienced from any South African Company from Mr. Erick Bezuidenhout which just simply stated "BLEW ME AWAY"!!! I am, and will remain a Ryobi supporter for life due to the great and affordable quality products that they import as well as their total and absolute commitment to customer excellence!
