Dont buy a Ryobi Chainsaw very bad quality and back up service

I purchased a Ryobi chainsaw from Builders warehouse last month 12/07/2018 and used it 3 or 4 times and it stopped working, I took it back to builders on the 13/08/2018 to see why it stopped working and it's only a month old. I have been waiting ever since with not one phone call, I have had to rent a chainsaw to do the work required. This is just a heads up if you thinking of buying a Ryobi chainsaw don't waste your money , it is really ****py quality.
