Good day, I would like to show my gratitude towards a guy named Mbali(don't know he's surname) working at Stevens & Co(Ryobi).

I had an issue with a bush cutter and he managed to go out of his way to make sure that I get the help that I need. I'm not sure what position he holds but I'm quite sure he deserves to be on top management.

With that said, I would like to thank him for his service & attitude towards customers.
