I had a complaint about a 950w Ryobi generator that I bought on 18/08/2021 from Builders Warehouse. The generator went in for repairs, but it did not resolve the problem. I lodged the complaint on the https://ryobi.co.za/ website and the Service Manager contacted me. After some correspondence he arranged for me to have the generator replaced.
