Bushcutter Repairs

we contacted Ryobi head office due to the fact that we were not getting any feedback from Makro in Crown Mines, where we sent our Ryobi bushcutter that cost us R2500 and three weeks later the bumper head was broken.

They had to send us a quote before repairing our bushcutter this is now weeks later after we had sent it in, which is very unprofenssional on their side.

due the fact that they claim it was or fault not a manufacture problem.

just goes to show what cheap items they use on the products and we must cough up and pay for there ****py manufacturing.

thats also why every year we need to purchase new bushcutters cause they siply do not last, even though we look after our equipment.

i asked the gentlemen how is it out of gaurentee , he simply said "well the bump head is broken"

I then asked how can we avoid this from happening again he rep**** "it all depends on how and who is using the equipment"

which is our gardener that has always taken care of all our equipment but the guy from Ryobi said we can send our gardener in for a training course for free.

I told him its just their way of getting out of all the problems they have with their products.

this is the last time we will ever purchase a Ryobi pruduct cause they are poorly manufactured and cheaply put together.

they simply dont last.
