Brand new Ryobi Generator a dut. R10 000 down the drain !!!

Purchased a Ryobi 5.5 kw Generator it worked for 4 hours and is giving problems, returned it to Mica for exchange as I feel this damn thing is still brand new !! only to be told they will have to send it away to be repaired !!, for heavens sake this think is BRAND NEW I would understand if it was a few months old but honestly 4 hours !!!! I am so disappointed will NEVER again shop at Mica or purchase another Ryobi product if THIS is the service that one gets from them !! I am totally disgusted !!!
