Brand new broken equipment RYOBI

Not Ryobi repairs but new sales. 4 weeks now from buying a new JP-254L jointer planer that was faulty and replaced by takealot i assembled the replacement jointer today also to find that it is also faulty. Does not start at all. Ryobi does not reply to e-mails or enquiries. Losing time and money now for waiting. No quality checks being done? Fed up with companies jumping to take your money but last to ensure quality products reach their clients.
