Blower Vac - part missing

Hi there, This is so extremely frustrating and irritating, I purchased an RBV 2200 blower vac from Makro, opened it up this morning to put it together and use it. Low and behold, the end pipe is missing, the section with the wheels is there but not the large nose pipe. So stuck and I suppose at my time and expense I can now run around town to get it sorted out. Surely an organization of your status and caliber can do better, the box it came in appears not to be tampered with at all. Be good to hear from you. Regards, Ted<br>
