I purchased a Ryobi Petrol Brushcutter from Makro Nelspruit - This unit worked for 3 months, I took the unit back to Makro as it was under guarantee, Long story short They refused to honour the guarantee after making me wait for a couple of weeks.

I decided then and there that I would never purchase another Ryobi product as the service was *******.

Shopping around for the new spare part I found the Ryobi Center in Nelspruit, On inquiring for the spare part I spoke to the manager Juan and explained what had transpired at Makro. He asked to take a look at the machine and offered to fix it at ZERO charge.

Two weeks later the Repaired unit was delivered to me in person.
