Bad service

On the 6th of February 2019 I went to Stevens & co in midran to buy a compressor gasket after calling in the morning to confirmed that have the gasket in stock. When I got there the sales consultant checked and than said they dont have in stock but he will order it for me he then took down my details and said he will call once it is delivered. To date I received no call and had to call this morning to ask if the gasket arrived the person I spoke to over the phone stated they do not have stock and that they will call me back as I told him they said they will order it. No 1 has called me the service is ridiculous. If you promise to order a part that means the client will be waiting and is in urgent need of it.
