Bad experience with Ryobi and Stevens and co.

In 2021 I bought a Ryobi chainsaw in Game. After a year the saw made a terrible noice. I thought on the 2 years warranty and brought the saw to Game. After a few weeks they let me know it should costy me 1750 Rand to repair the saw although it was in warranty. Newprice for this saw is about R 1300 For the rest no explanation. Just had to accept this offer or return without repair. Unfortunously during the time the saw was sent to Stevens and co, I bought another but the same Ryobi chainsaw in Game store. A year later the second machine leaked oil. Back to Stevens and Co, with te same result, I had to pay 900 rand for repair what I refused to do. Conclusion: Do not buy this Ryobi junk, warranty is worthless and Stevens and co are ********.
