DO NOT USE STEVEN TV AND APLLIANCES REPAIRS!!!

I called Steven from Steven TV and Appliances Repairs in the West Rand (JHB). He was quick to respond and came to my home to collect 2 x LED tv's to repair. He advised that he would have to replace the motherboard on one and the control panel on the other. He took the TV's and I had to constantly follow up with him as to when they would be returned. After many calls, whatsapp messages he returned with the 1 x TV. He said that he would bring the other one back at the end of the month and I said I'd pay him for the one he delivered, and would pay for the other one when he brought it back. Again, after many calls, messages and empty promises from Steven, he eventually brought the TV back. It worked for 1 day and then the ORIGINAL problem returned.

I called Steven and reported the issue and ge said he would send his team to collect the TV. A week went by and nobody came. I called, messaged and he would always have a Million excuses. To date, nobody has come to sort out the issue despite the fact that I paid for both TV's. I eventually sent the TV to a professional and they advised that the TV still had its original motherboard and so I was ****med by Steven TV and Appliances repairs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Use a reputable company as you will have some recourse when things go wrong. DON'T GET ****MED
