BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - PAID BUT TV NOT WORKING?

My tv had no images and I called *** to get someone to diagnose what the issue is. 2 Guys came out on 14 Jan 2023. They advised that it would be R1800 to repair it and then I agreed to the quote and they replaced the small PC board inside the tv. They were not gone 10 minutes and the image disappeared again. I phoned and advised the image is gone again. They came back on Monday, 16 Jan 2023. I asked what the problem with TV is as it is the same problem again, they said now it is the backlight. They took the tv apart in the lounge, then placed it back together. I told the guy that it looks dark on top wihen he switched it on, but he said it is the broadcast and left. They were not even out of the street and the tv image was gone again it starts going dark from the top and then down until it is completely dark. They came back, took the tv for 1 week. I spoke to Steven and he said the TV keeps on loosing the image and he will investigate and only bring it once it is in order, but the same day it was delivered on 21 Jan 2023. We had no power for 2 days as cable was ****** and I advised them by sending the update from our municipality to them to say we could not test if the TV is working or not. Same issue the TV has no images. On 24 Jan 2023 I asked the manager - Steven to call me. I kept on following up - and on 25 Jan 2023 on WhatsApp the following message was posted "Today I appologies for the incovenience we are currently busy but you will get help today". I have not been helped. I have phoned and spoken to Steven from my husband's phone so many times - he kept on saying he wants to fix the tv, but he was not in the area at the time. Now is we phone they do not answer any calls. How do they take your money, but the TV is not even repaired. 1st time diagnosed - pc board, then backlight - something else must be wrong then as it was mentioned to me that the tv image is lost the whole time whilst it was in their shop, but like I mentioned it was delivered the same day???
