Steven Samuels Management Consultants - SHOCKING!

Last year we registered for a Project Management course through Steven Samuels Management Consultants. The course was for myself and a colleague at a cost of more than R20 000. They cancelled the course a week before it was supposed to start and said that they would refund anyone who could not attend the revised date. We could not attend so we requested a refund. After countless emails they did not respond and we eventually got our attorneys to send them a letter of demand. They still did not refund us. Eventually after many threats to them they contacted us and offered to come and give us the training at our premises. The training was supposed to take place today (27 Jul 2015). I have been trying to get hold of Mduduzi Raymond Msebele who is supposedly their Sales & Marketing manager to try and confirm that they would still be coming to train us. I sent countless emails & sms's and tried to call him on his cellphone & office number with no answer. They have now failed to pitch up for the training session. They are a ********* as they have taken our money and failed to provide us with the service that we paid for! I want to warn all consumers about these *******!! They are pathetic
