Delayed course and non refund of course fees

I app**** and paid for a project management course back in May this year, this course was delayed and rescheduled for June this was again delayed until August this again was delayed I have now asked for repayment of course fees for 2 weeks no response from them and now can not contact them via there tell numbers.<br> this looks as if it is a ****.
