A ******** and a ****

I was asked by a colleague to assist Raymond Msebele, the CEO of Steven Samuels Management Consultants to assist with facilitating a course in September 2019. The facilitator pulled out at the last minute. I agreed on a rate with Raymond and he was going to pay at the end of that month. To date I have not seen any payment even though he constantly made promises by giving dates of when he would pay. This man is a ********* and a lier. He doesn't keep his word. Do NOT do any business with him as he ******** me out of my money, time and expertise.
