Rubbidh service at Steve Twhete Municipality

What a mess this Municipality is! Why they have administrators who get paid to assist the public confuses me. Try and get hold of the Municipal Manager, is just a waste of time, rumour has it, he received his 48% bonus, however when you enquire about your rates and taxes (as no accounts are ever received) thanks to the (post Office), you get 0 service! I phoned on Monday to get a reconciliation of my account, gave repeated my email address 3x, still nothing sent, phoned accounts this morning, spoke to "lilian" who explained they are waiting for IT, and have not ne online fir 2 weeks! Disgusting performance from this municipality, and everything seems to a joke, whike we sit frustrated, you can hear everyone cozily having a holiday in the background "could not care less" attitude, what a shame, but if you ask for the manager, forget it, your just wasting precious time and money on this place -100% is what i woukd rate the lot!
