Poor service at electrical department

Thw service at the electrical department is no worth mentioning. I spend an entire 4.5 hours and my card was still not connected. I had to return get back in the line to do the same job twice.. People are rude and unhelpful and pooly educated.

If managment are up to it they need to sort out that department.

The rest op the deprtments the service is ok.
