Incorrect allocation of Funds

I made a payment on prepaid24 for the Rates and Taxes.. for R1866.. i paid the amount with the reference created.. suprisingly i get a notification with the Token number to load prepaid electricity..of which that is not what i was paying for... i then communicated with prepaid 24 to allocate funds to the correct account but all was in vain.. they told me to contact the steve Tshwete municipality to rectify... they took my details and said they will phone me back.. till now no one has phoned me and my account still is in Arrears..
