FLISP payout

I have a FLISP payout complaint. I believe the person in charge there is Mr Nkosi. My flisp application was approved, thanks to Winny Mahlangu. I then submitted my proof of bond registration on the 4th of October 2021, its almost a full second calenda month now and the payment is still not processed. Initially i was told that Nako will process the payment. Nako referred me to Mr Nkosi. Mr Nkosi redirected me to finance without even giving me the contacts to this so called finance department. May i kindly get assistance in this regard. Contact is ***.***
