Excellent service by a Local Municipality

Due to the lack of understanding, it is easy to moan and judge. But I believe that Steve Tshwete Local Municipality STLM is the number ONE in the country. We had, like many other municipalities, a whole substation fail due to a fire (probably caused by the On-and-Off switching required to assist ESKOM with Load Shedding). They worked day and night to restore power in the effected areas and to top it all off, they did it during this heavy rains we experienced! All power restored in less than 4days. Then I got home last night, to find some houses in our street was off due to a street box failure. Including mine. They fixed it at 1am this morning! We couldn't get through to the call centre. Yes, we have one. Because no one answered. They are probably tired of listening to all the moaning. I decided I was going to try sort it out this morning. Excellent Service STLM!
