hi.<br> i personally hand delivered two letters to the municipal manager on the 18 June 2015 and the second on the 17 September 2015 which were both acknowledged by the town council regarding a vacant land in a residential area which is inhabited by vagrants and has become a nuisance as well as health hazard to the residents of the area.<br> <br> i have not had a response from the municipal manager or the town council and the land is still inhabited by vagrants.<br> <br> i hereby humbly ask for your assistance.<br> <br> kind regards<br> muneer dindar<br>
