Awaiting credit refund after property sold since end April 2022

Property in Middelburg (Erf 2025 Ext8 Mbrg) was sold on 25 April and evacuated on 26 April 2022. Letter for termination of services/notice of registration from attorney and application (acc *** and ***) for the refund of credit amounts was sent on 13.5.2022. Notice of termination stated that credit will be refunded in due course. Today is 29.9.2022 and still no refund. Only received monthly statements ever since. We are pensioners who lost our income during Covid and were forced to sell Middelburg property and move to Pretoria to stay with children due to no income. The credit refund awaiting from Steve Tshwete is quite a large amount, which is a lot of money for us. Please assist us to get some success with the STLM in this matter. Thank you
