no deposit back

I was a tenant at hope city in Middelburg for +-2 years so I got transferred back to witbank I had to relocate I went to the office in June reported the matter so I was told to serve a month notice then after I'll get my deposit back which I paid prior,but still even today I haven't got it instead I'm black listed they say I owe them R7000 don't know what for.someone from the office once called me to confirm if I got my deposits back and I told him my story but he never came back I also tried to send some mails to report the matter but no respond,please help me to clear my name and get my money back .Thanks
