DIRTY FLAT WALLS ND WRECKED DOORS

I am a current tanent here from last month January,I paid full deposit and full monthly rent including application fee.since I get here they promise to paint and fix my doors and wardrobe but the maintenance department never show up...The flat is very dirty and including the walls even today I am still waiting for them to come and paint and fix the doors..I am paying full 4000 per month but I am not taken care of.i am just here stucked with the kids in an dirty flat and wracked door.i don't know whether to place a furniture already or wait for the guys to fix but then how long am I gonna wait because I see they are assisting other flats when I pass but their failing to assist me.i am already down and not enjoying the place at all
