Worst Online Shopping Experience with Steve Madden

I placed an order on 31 July and to this day I have received zero updates. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, but thanks to Steve Madden’s poor service, the moment has been completely ruined.

There is no communication, no tracking information, and no urgency from their side. For such a well-known brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I will not recommend them to anyone and will think twice before ever buying from them again.
