Very disappointed

I ordered these shoes specifically for an upcoming event, but unfortunately I received the wrong size. I ordered a size 6.5, but I received a size 7.5 instead.

I am extremely disappointed because I spent my last money on this order, expecting to receive exactly what I purchased. The shoes are unfortunately too big and look completely different on me because of the incorrect size.

This has been a very frustrating and exhausting experience. Customers spend a lot of money trusting your brand, and I feel that more care should be taken when processing orders.

I urgently need this issue resolved. Please arrange for the correct size (6.5) to be sent to me and advise me on the return process for the incorrect pair.
