Very bad customer service

On the 14th of Jan I went to Steve Madden Mall of Africa to exchange a pair of sneakers, the sneaker that I wanted to take was sold out I then I asked them for a voucher. I got the most horrible customer service, the stuff doesn’t know how to speak to people they’re the most rudest people I’ve ever came across.
