Unsatisfied

I ordered and got my sneaker in Dec mber last just before new year but it was small so I had it returned they pick it's up in the 3rd of January with notice that I will get a refund once they have received the package at the warehouse 7 days aga they asked for my bank details and ID so they can do the refund and I'm still waiting and they said refund will take 3 -5 days to reflect,when I try to call the phone just rings and I need the refund ASAP
