Unprofessional & Disgusting

Placed an order on 4 June 2025 with order number #*** for a heel intended to use for my Graduation & 4 business days later never received any communication until I messaged the instagram account, emailed & called numerous times without getting through. Only to be emailed on 10 June & be told “ We regret to inform you that due to a system error, the item listed below is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order” . Such terrible service with no communication whatsoever until I reached out multiple times. Am now left in a situation as refunds take 5-10 business days and my graduation is in 2 days. Thanks Steve Madden SA ! You’ll are useless with no empathy as well in your ways of communication nor planning and expectation
