Unimpressed with quality and customer service

If I could give a 0 I would, I bought a pair of heels at Steve Madden Clearwater in Dec 2023, I’ve worn the heels 3 times and then heel is now broken. Took the heels back to store because this isn’t the first Steve Madden shoe I own and I know there’s definitely a factory issue with these heels, I was told by a store manager who was rude that I am the one who broke the heels and they can’t do anything about the heels.

They didn’t even want to examine the shoe or even listen to what I had to say. Clearly customer service is non existent at the Clearwater branch. I am NEVER purchasing anything from Steve Madden again. Customer service needs to improve
