Unable to wear my purchase

Dear Steve madden,

I have purchased the ALESSI-R BLACK - BLACK / 60 Which was delivered to me on the 27th July 2022.

I have recently attempted to wear my new purchase only to realise that the heel is not stable, it’s slanting and the pads inside the shoe are too hollow and almost have no cushion.

Apart from the poor design and comfort, I am unable to walk in the shoe as the sole is uneven and the shoe slants.
