Terrible Online shopping experience

I purchased a pair of shoes online and it stated that there is stock

After payment I have waited for a few days to track my parcel and no email so I contacted and sent an email NO RESPONSE

They then sent an email stating they don’t have stock and will do refund

I have still not heard anything I have sent emails with my details for refund and they are just non responsive.

I will never purchase or support this store EVER AGAIN 🤮😡😡😡😡😡😡
