Terrible online purchase experience!

Please see the below review regarding the courier service used by Steve Madden, Dawn Wing

All the purchases I've made from Steve Madden, I've never received such appalling service or late delivery.

Please address this with the courier service provider.

"I've been waiting for nearly three weeks for a delivery from a Steve Madden purchase.

There has been limited to no communication and it seems that they have lost my parcel. Their service is of low standard and their staff is not helpful.

To date nothing has been shipped and the tracking URL is not being updated, seems like their shipping process needs some straightening out."
