Successful order cancelled - 14 working days refund

I ordered online and made payment. The order was successful and delivery was estimated for 3-10 business days. On day 3 my order was cancelled and I received an email stating that they cannot fulfill your order due to a stock out. When I ordered stock was available until the next day.

Furthermore the refund will reflect within the next 14 working days. of which is another inconvenience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE DISSAPOINTMENT.
