Steven Madden shoes are not meant for walking but for decorating

I bought 3 pairs of shoes at Steve Madden. I wore the 1st pair I couldn’t walk with those shoes unfortunately I left home wearing my driving tekkies now at a wedding I had to endure the pain my feet were swollen so bad . 2nd pair wore it at a dinner party 15 minutes was enough had to go back home . I took the shoes back showed then 1 pair of shoes is written size 7 but left is small and right is big but they refused to take the shoes back cos I wore them ones. How was I supposed to know that those shoes had a factory fault and humanly impossible to walk on those shoes . I want Steve Madden to take their shoes back .
