Steven Madden failed to resolve customers dissatisfaction

I am very disappointed in the way Steve Madden handles their customers dissatisfaction ,i ordered items online from Steven madden website ,they use RAM services for their deliveries,I had a very bad telephonic experience with the courier guy from RAM ,the guy was so rude on the phone my package ended up not delivered,I forwarded a complaint to Steve Madden to attend to the matter,I am telling you the matter has still not being resolved my order has still not being delivered ,all Steve Madden does is asking me one question every day via email ,when I issue a response they’ll ask will ask bother question, about how I placed my order with,I gave them the order number explained how the order was placed,to date I haven’t received any assistance from them
