Steve Madden’s thieving and less than above board conduct in business!

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Steve Madden last year September and the purchases were delivered but it turned out they were a size too small so I returned them and the funds were refunded to a “pay just now wallet”. I had previously purchased items from this fashion house and had no issues prior but this time, I have been de*****ed by Steve Madden and I am livid!!! I then utilised the refunded funds to purchase another 2 items to the value of R2790.00 which isn’t a couple of cents and these have not been delivered to date although the last payments on the items were made on the 14th of December 2023. I did not know that I was dealing with a thieving, dishonest and ***** practicing company and I am so dismayed by the blatant thievery by the Steve Madden brand of my hard earned funds which I thought I was investing in a good brand whose designs I liked but this has left a disgustingly sour taste in my mouth and a gaping hole in my account and I have reached out to the “pay just now” number in their site and I was advised to contact their 087 number as detailed in their site but of all the times I have attempted to call, it has not gotten through as it seems that line is just a ruse to fool unsuspecting gullible customers into giving Steve Madden their monies with no recourse to claim back what has been ****** by this excuse of a company and it’s affiliates.

I have exercise ld as much patience as a person in my position could, and will be following up with a case against this *****ulent company and its affiliates with the Consumer Commission to ensure I get my money back as well as ancillary costs of communication and anything that has cost me money from this interaction with the ***** Madden fashion brand.

I was a loyal client and supporter of this brand for years but I will be donating all my *****/SteveMadden items because I am sick to the stomach with their venality and incorrigible conduct that ****es on the self same customers who support this thieving brand and its affiliates and I will damn well tell all my friends and family and anyone with the time to listen to rather save their money than purchasing from this “company” as their lack of courtesy and professionalism, with their more than wanting delivery of goods, will leave them feeling ****** and de*****ed as I have been!

Steve Madden, I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY IF YOU CANT DELIVER MY GOODS BECAUSE I AM DONE WITH YOU! The Consumer Commission will deal with you corporate hustlers and ******* because I am not the one for these kinds of shenanigans and if this your modus operandi when dealing with clientele? Well, you will learn a thing or 2 about messing with a law abiding citizen when the law puts a chokehold on you!!!
