The Wood mead store customer service is of utter disgust. There is no urgency to assist customers whatsoever. We got to the store around 14:00. Picked up two pair of shoes. One pair was said to be the last they have in Gauteng. We waited for more than 2hours while they claim they are looking for the pair whereas they were busy with their own things. I mean how difficult is it to find one pair of sneakers on display. We kept asking for updates nothing. We were just told there is a guy is busy looking at the back all of them were just roaming around instead of assisting the guy. We were treated like we are waiting for free goods whereas we were paying.
