Steve madden stinking services

Steve Madden online shop is nonsense, I bought shoes for size 7 and they delivered size 6, the box shows 7 but inside is something different, I have done the online request for 2 weeks, they have not come to pick the parcel, I called this Wednesday and the lady apologized saying she will schedule with Dawn Wing courier to collect, and still I didn't happen. I have been calling *** for 2 days now it just rings, the number they provided on the Return message is still not working. I'm soo ****ed coz is their fault not mine and they still failing to correct it
