Steve Madden sneakers quality

I purchased my pair of Steve madden sneakers @R1900, I bought my shoe @ 15 March 2024, with in 6 month my sneakers started to Pell off the front and sole, I reported the matter to a shop they asked me to. Bring the shoe @the shop when I got there they said I. Must complain via their website which I did with no answer to assist me going back and forth promising to be still fixing the matter I raised my matter last year December,2024 till I wrote another letter notifying them about my escalation, they respond to me me it's almost a year now they can't assist the shoe quality isn't the shoe that worth @R1900 it's made of plastic coating on top, The steve madden team. Doesn't care to respond to customer concerns they where buying time so that they can tell me the duration of the shoe hence I raised my issue with out clear direction
