Steve Madden SA Disappointing

I Will NEVER order from Steve Madden SA again! I ordered a Handbag and received a ***** Pack! When I called I was told that they cannot assist as the Item I initially ordered is out of Stock and that I need to wait 14 WORKING DAYS if I want a refund????? Why should I be inconvenienced? Why could I not be offered an alternative instead! Never Again.
