I ordered a handbag on 28 Nov 2024, and three weeks later still not delivered. They have responded by saying there's nothing they can do, it's with courier services. I tried to call them, they are phone is not going through... what a ****, I thought Steve Madden SA is real hut it has turned out yo he a ****. They literally stole my money. Totally disgusted... be careful, don't be deceived by the name.. Steve Madden is a total ****.
