Steve Madden SA ****

I ordered 3 pairs of tekkies on black Friday from Steve Madden SA on 24 November 2023. This has still not been shipped. After emailing a complaint I received an email from then saying I will receive an email after it has been shipped. Still nothing, this feels like a ****. Do not order anything from them.
