STEVE MADDEN RETURN POLICY IS FLAUD

On the 06th September I bought a pink shoe at Steve madden when I bought it fitted well size five was told at Eastgate mall.

I wore shoe on 13th September once and it pitched me badly I could not last for two hours.

Returned to Eastgate they accepted because they stated shoe is small size. I wear 5, I opted for 6 instead if small make, the shoe but size not available only at Sandton and due to wanting to utilise shoe for my graduation 21st September needed shoe urgently

I went to sandton today 16th September they refused to take shoe back cause it was worn. The store manager didn't even care there shoe is still in condition I only wore once not much dirt.

They refused my issue is if you don't wear shoe how you supposed to know its perfect fit. I blame sales people because if it's small make customers must be notified.

I didn't like there way they didn't care her name is Vuyiswa Vilakazi. I am just not happy now I must sit with a shoe that I can't wear.

I will never ever buy there their policy is not fair on customers no one cares about customer service
