Steve Madden poor quality

So disappointed with the service received. Received a bag as a gift in November last year. The rubber is now coming off. Took the bag back to the store only to be told there is a 6 month return policy. Bag is literally 7 months old which tells me that they know their products last only 6 months before falling apart. Will not be supporting the brand in the future.
