Steve Madden poor customer service

Terrible disappointed and utterly frustrated with Steve Madden online store! I purchased 2 items from on Black Friday only to receive a refund on one of the items purchased! I have called the customer care and received no answer. A multitude of emails sent asking for clarification as I have not requested the item. RAM services are terrible and I cannot reach someone who can help me out!!

I proceeded to call Steve Madden stores all over SA only to have all those numbers unreachable. My desperate attempts have left me frustrated and I have received no clarification regarding my order.

Steve Madden is pathetic and it feels like a complete ****!

Waiting on your delivery for weeks just to be let down is unacceptable!
