Steve Madden Pavillion refuses RCS Card payments always

Steve Madden Pavillion refuses RCS Cards whether it be during normal trade or sale season...however mainly sale season....the staff plain down staye cash only, RCS systems are down everytime...but Steve Madden advises they accept RCS Cards instore...Its as if the staff are determined not to sell on credit or help customers with RCS Cards...it makes no sense...Steve Madden is pricey & sometimes we want to purchase for like R10.000 but have to walk out with a single pair due to the staff refusing to accept RCS Cards. I would appreciate a response from their Senior Management in Sputh Africa
