STEVE MADDEN ORDER ONLINE GONE WRONG!!! AND SOMEONE POCKETING MY MONEY!!!

Online order unable to be delivered by courier company dpd laser/ dawn wing. No call what soever only message that they could not deliver since monday the 14Nov 2022. Today 15 Nov 2022 same message when I've be sent email that my order will be delivered on monday 14 Nov 2022. Who must take accountability?? Since I've paid in full to Steve Madden?? Im waiting for my order and my line is working hence they claim im unreachable!!! Who does that?? Or they dont have minutes to make a call?? Really??? Im so disappointed right now !!😣
